Who are the owners of your apartments?
Our company acts as owner of apartments. We have all legal rights to rent/lease them.
What is your booking cancellation policy?
For booking an apartment we require only $100 US deposit.
If you decide to cancel your reservation more then 15 days prior to arrival we will refund your money in full.
If you decide to cancel your reservation 15 to 5 days prior to arrival we will refund $50.
If you decide to cancel your reservation less then 5 days prior to arrival or do not show up at the predetermined day we will not issue any refund.
Will I have a receipt or other proof of booking?
Yes, you will. After credit card booking transaction is completed, you will receive a receipt on your display, which you can save to disk or print. The copy of receipt will also be sent to your mailbox.
How long will you hold booked apartments?
If you inform us about your late arrival we will hold the apartment for as long as necessary. In case of not arrival of our customers and not informing us we will hold the booked apartment for 24 hours. In case of not receiving of information till that time, we cancel the booking.
How long in advance can I book a specific apartment?
In most cases you can book a specific apartment up to 1 months in advance.
